Curve Conveyors
All State Conveyors supply a number of PVC and polyurethane (PU) conveyor belts for Curve Conveyor systems. These Curve Conveyors can be provided to your specification at angles from 45º ~ 180º to suit your application.
Curve Conveyors are specially designed to process and convey goods for a wide range of applications including general manufacturing, packaging and pharmaceutical, warehousing and logistics warehouse etc to transform your system to include a bend when goods are required to travel in a different horizontal direction.

Curve conveyors are ideal for the effective utilisation of your manufacturing space by incorporating an angle bend. When designed and engineered appropriately the system is very cost effective and can bear high capacities and are ideal for variable or high speed applications. The curve shaped conveyor also assists with easy access for servicing.
Features of the Curve Conveyor System
All State Conveyors offer belt widths from 300mm to 1500mm with the smallest inside radius of 200mm for tight turn applications in either curves, returns or elbowed for a right angle configuration. The ideal curve belt profile designed for this equipment is either the flat or mini rough top.
Curve Conveyor belts are typically made from PVC or Polyurethane and are available to suit either flat steel slider deck or in a roller deck form with plain knife-edge or roller ends.
All State Conveyors recommend that these conveyors to be used for a number of applications particularly if goods are need to be packed or unpacked and where your system needs to change horizontal angles. Curves can be provided at any angle from 45°~180° degrees to suit your particular application.
