Screen House & Belt Feeders
All State Conveyors supply feeder belts which are commonly found in aggregate screen-houses, batching plants, grain terminals and other similar loading stations.
Belt Feeders are typically short conveyors that are included into conveyor systems to control the feed rate at which material is loaded onto a truck or other transport which is normally situated under a storage silo, hopper or bin.
Short Length Robust Belt Feeders
The Belt Feeder System would typically have a short continuous conveyor belt which moves with the assistance of rollers, a head and tail drum and motorised drive equipment. Belt feeders may be used to convey products such as minerals, sand, aggregate, coal, etc.
Features of the Belt Feeder System
The ideal chevron pattern belt profile for incline feeders are C5 or a Multi-V configuration. Flat feeders can utilise our standard belt. Feeder type belts are generally joined to create an endless system on-site using hinged plate fasteners due to their short rotation and is more time effective to replace. Belts can also be lap spliced if there is enough room and can be safely accessed. Sidewall can be fitted to a feeder belt to assist with product containment and would normally be fitted prior to the belt installation but can be retro fitted if required.

Reviewing Your Conveyor Parts
