Super Scoop Incline Conveyor Systems are designed to save space by conveying up vertical inclines of up to 90º from the horizontal position.
For Steep Angle Conveying Tasks Up to 90º
All State Conveyors (ASC) Super Scoop Incline Conveyor Systems are designed for bulk material handling which require a reliable high-incline conveying solution for narrow, vertical steep angles of up to 90º. In order to ensure that the materials remain on the conveyor these systems are able to be fitted with fit for purpose corrugated sidewall types and various angle cleat types to meet your application requirements.
The belts can for example, be configured with 3 corrugated sidewalls, creating a ‘double’ conveyor system on just one belt so two different bulk materials can be simultaneously transported on just one belt.

Super Scoop Incline Conveyor Systems are suitable as mentioned to convey at high inclines and offer good longitudinal flexibility as well as still providing a high stability in a transverse direction. Most of the belt types have reinforced lateral carcasses for greater stability. Cleats can be supplied with oil resistant quality to transport oil bearing materials.
Suited to Underground Mining, Ship Loading and Unloading
Super Scoop Incline Conveyor Systems can be used for conveying lump materials sizes varying from powdery or granular material, grains, wood chip or to coarse-size coal and fertilisers.
