Conveyor Belt Installation

All State Conveyors (ASC) provide on-site conveyor belt installation and repair services including conveyor belt removal, change outs and conveyor belt re-joins or inserts. Our experienced service teams are highly skilled and trained and always look to deliver your installation with safety in mind.

ASC has designed and will implement effective time management processes to ensure your system is down for the shortest period of time possible. We supply and/or deliver your new belting to your work site, as promptly as possible for your installation or for our service team to install. Our highly skilled service teams will deliver the most time effective techniques with splicing (hot, cold or clipped) to repair or install your conveyor belt, using authorised Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), procedures and equipment.

The service teams are agile and highly mobile, equipped with the appropriate safety components as well as truck-mounted cranes, portable winches and rigging equipment to ensure that everything required for quick repair is close at hand. We also offer a removal and disposal service of your redundant belt when conducting a change out.

If your belting installation requirements are for a mobile conveyor, under ground mine, tunnel or in a narrow and difficult (confined) to get to environment, All State Conveyors can deliver.

Naturally confined spaces are more challenging and have a higher risk potential than normal installations. Hazards may arise from the actual repairs or the installation activities and so safety measures need to be in place to control the chance of exposure to these risks. If these repairs or installation works are classified as a “confined space situation” under the Government Act, then our certified technicians are at the ready to install your belting or lining requirements.

All State Conveyors have extensive experience with significant works for confined situations. For example, a major truck manufacturing company, have their sandblasting unit sitting over a pit and the retrieval process involves the conveyor recovering the blasting media from beneath for unit. The installation process was completed successfully without incident. Our team also have successfully completed projects for BHP, GMH and FORD as well as major power stations, quarries and mining companies.
