Elevator Components You Can Trust

All State Conveyors (ASC) stock high quality and durable Elevator Components for your Elevator Bucket fitting and fastening solutions. In order to secure and bolt your elevator buckets onto your rising conveyor successfully, ASC provides a number of bolt options specifically designed to ensure maximum fixture. The Fang Bolt, Hexagon Nut, Spring Washer and a domed washer are all useful for plastic buckets with recessed and flat holes and steel buckets with conventional flat holes.

Elevator Bolt Options

All State Conveyors stock three sturdy Elevator Bolts, which are the Fang Bolt, the Euro Bolt and the Norway Bolt that are made of carbon steel or stainless steel.

Elevator Bolting Sets Selections

For buckets with recessed holes

Use: Fang bolt, the Euro Bolt and the Norway Bolt hexagon nut, spring washer and domed washer.

For plastic buckets with flat holes

Use: Fang bolt, the Euro Bolt and the Norway Bolt hexagon nut, spring washer and large flat washer.

For steel buckets with flat holes

Use: Bolt, hexagon nut, the Euro Bolt and the Norway Bolt spring washer and small flat washer.

Fang Bolt

Material: Carbon Steel (Zinc Plated) and Stainless Steel

Strength Grade: 4.8

Thread Size: M6 – M10

Features: This bolt features 2 fang spikes on the head for better a grab and bite into the belt, to prevent rotation when tightening.

Euro Bolt

Material: Carbon Steel (Zinc Plated) and Stainless Steel

Strength Grade: 5.6

Thread Size: M6 – M12

Features: This bolt has 2 raised lugs on the bolt head to prevent rotation when tightening.

Norway Bolt

Material: Carbon Steel (Zinc Plated) and Stainless Steel

thread Size: 14” – 3/8”

Features: This bolt has coach bolt configuration on the bolt head to prevent rotation when tightening, and don’t pierce the cover. The square shoulder under the flat head of the Norway bolt helps prevent spinning during installation.
