Extreme Rip and Tear Resistant

Cover Grade: AS-M with CFW carcass

Key Features:

AS-M Grade Conveyor Belts with Crow Foot Weave (CFW) blended carcasses give superior resistance to strong ripping and tearing forces, due to the carcass being manufactured with a unique Polyester/Nylon (EP), weave design. Crow Foot Weave fabric has 50% more threads (ends) in the warp, a 40% heavier weft yarn, 20% more weft threads (picks) and over twice the strength in weft. This provides the belt with 3-5 times more strength than that of conventional fabric conveyor belts, which are used to convey large sized lumps, sharp materials and high impact adverse loading conditions.

Suited Application:

Suitable for high abuse bulk handling in the heavy duty industrial fields with harsh operating conditions, such as rock mining, sand and rock quarrying, cement, concrete recycling, feeder/primary belts for crushing machinery, engineering work and aggregate processing industries.
