Robust Elevator Bucket Solutions and Accessories
All State Conveyors (ASC) offer a comprehensive range of quality plastic and steel elevator buckets for the elevator belt systems. These elevator buckets are manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel, HDPE, cast nylon, reinforced nylon and polyurethane (PU) for agricultural, industrial bulk materials handling applications, including dry or wet and heavy duty industrial materials.
Elevator Bucket Formulation Options for Your Applications
HDPE: These flexible buckets are ideal for transporting items that have a bulk density of less 1g/cm³ such as grains, foodstuffs and non-jagged produce and items.
Nylon: This bucket construction is appropriate for capturing hot, viscous and high wears materials. Its nylon composition is also able to resist high impact, heat and abrasion.
Reinforced Nylon: This bucket has a greater impact and is abrasion resistant in comparison to Plain Nylon 6.
Polyurethane PU: These buckets have a remarkably tough but flexible composition, which suits the capture of viscous and jagged products with very minimal abrasion.
Mild Steel: Mild steel buckets that function well with most products but particularly produce from agriculture and manufacturing.
Stainless Steel: Our stainless steel food grade buckets are able to carry wet products, particularly food, as the stainless steel resists corrosion. The stainless steel also is conducive for high-temperature operations.
